Thanks for everything. GREAT little van, surprisingly fuel-efficient, noisy as hell but it's a diesel, but very comfortable, certainly roomy, drove very nicely. A pleasure to deal with the folks at McHargs (Lisa), with someone, perhaps Nicola, on the phone in Edinburgh, and the very nice folks in Paisley. A great experience all around. Just a brief note of Thanks. The car was great as was the service, no waiting, no fuss or bother at either end. I don’t know how it happened but we ended up with a Mercedes C200 which met our requirements. If anyone asks for a recommendation about car rentals in Scotland I’ll gladly send them you way. My wife and I enjoyed everything about Scotland from the people, to the food and the quality of life.

Just a short note for you to pass on to the folks at Arnold Clarks in Paisley.
My wife and I returned our Ssangyong to the Paisley office on Saturday last at 4.45pm to be greeted by the unfolding events at Glasgow airport.
The entire Arnold Clark staff were just wonderful, staying open after normal closing, helping with hotel reservations, allowing us to use the office phone, and allowing us to keep the car overnight. One of the staff even guiding us to the hotel.
Please pass this email on to the relevent parties for a job well done over and above the call of duty.

The size of the boot was just amazing, and as you said it made a great difference to have your car at the door whenever you needed it, with all the luggage safely inside it. What a fantastic week we have had.....everything was just great - the flight, the caravan, the weather...everything!! The scenery was breath-taking! the car we hired was really nice-I have a nissan micra myself and i was fortunate to get a nissan almera, lovely to drive and economical too. just one thing tho....we didn't see the monster at lochness!!!! Our auto rental through you with Arnold Clark (Toyota @ Glasgow) was a super success. The little auto did "her" job on all those winding narrow roads and we didn't put a scratch on "her". We did put on 996 miles during the week and enjoyed the awesome scenery, including those wonderful Highland cows. I want to thank you for a very "clean" transaction as well as a very fair price for the "package".

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Skye last week and how impressed we were with the car hire arrangements. Pick up and drop off were slick and friendly and the shuttle trip between the office and the airport could not have been quicker.

The Kia Picanto was ideal for the narrow roads on the Island and was fine on the main roads too provided you kept the engine on the boil.

Hope to be in touch for the same again next year.

Meant to write long ago but came back to a series of problems (what's new?) and then my computer crashed so I have only just got back in after a week.

Just wanted to give you especially and the various helpful people at Arnold Clark a big thank you for a truly excellent, friendly and efficient service. Will recommend you and use you again whenever possible. If I fly into Prestwick I assume I can still book a local car hire through you?

Just a short note to tell you the car hire worked really well. They provided a Fiat Grand Punto, which was a roomy vehicle and good for a six footer ! The pick and drop off worked a treat. Excellent service, and when hiring in Scotland we will be back again !!
