Car Hire at Dundee Airport

Airport Location
Dundee Airport, located in the heart of Scotland, is the most convenient fly-in destination for Dundee City, Perth, Glenrothes, Arbroath, Montrose, St.Andrews, Carnoustie, Forfar, Blairgowrie. Many smaller towns and villages are also easily reachable in the scenic tourist areas surrounding Dundee.
The Airport is open 07.00 to 21.00 from Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 Saturday 09.00 to 21.00 Sunday. Extended hours at weekends and aircraft movements until 22.00 can be accepted by prior arrangement, subject to staff availability.
By Car
Dundee Airport is situated within the main city of Dundee, only two miles from the City Centre just off the A85. From Perth take the A90 until you reach the A85. It has quick and easy to access from Fife via the nearby Tay Road Bridge and lies within five minutes of the main Scottish Trunk Road network.
Taxis
Taxis are easily available at the airport and it is less than 10 minutes by taxi from the mainline rail and bus stations.
By Rail
The airport does not have direct rail access. The nearest railway station is in the centre of Dundee where you can get a train to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Perth, Glasgow, Stirling, Glenrothes, and all other main centres on the railway network.
By Bus
Regional buses serve all the local towns and there are frequent services by Express Coach from Dundee City Centre.
Parking
Long-term and short-term parking is available in the car park.

Dundee is a small airport but its modern terminal building provides a comfortable environment for passengers including rapid check-in and baggage retrieval, free car parking, refreshments and facilities for the disabled.
