Brodick Golf Course, Arran

Ayrshire is famous for its’ golf links. Troon and Turnbery are regular hosts to the Open Championship, originally named 'A General Golf Tournament for Scotland' and Prestwick Old was the venue for the first ever tournament in 1860. We have included as a special treat, an overnight trip to the stunningly beautiful Island of Arran, with 30 holes of great scenic golf.

Shiskine is famous for its’ testing 12 hole layout and Brodick is an intermediate course in an awesome position. While one of the best areas for golf in Scotland, the South West is also the most expensive. Royal Troon, for example, insist visitors play both courses, throw in lunch and charge £170 for the day. The courses are excellent, but green fees far exceed fees in other areas.
