This
fabulous boutique hotel is situated in a renovated Victorian Mission
Hostel on the Shore where the Water of Leith meets the Firth of Forth.
"The
Mal" as she is affectionately known to the many returning guests was
chosen as "The Best Hotel in the World, under £100" in the 1998 Tatler
Travel Awards. The room prices start at a little over £100 now, but
the quality, style, service and facilities make Malmaison possibly the
best value hotel in Edinburgh.
An
independent hotel for individual people.
|
This
is a classic contemporary hotel with a traditional French Brasserie,
cafe bar and a high tech gym.
The
rooms and suites on offer beyond expectation, yet affordably priced
and fantastic French cooking with amazing and individual wines, all
provided in a relaxed and informal fashion but with a sincere and disciplined
commitment to guest care.
