Arrivals – Picking up a vehicle

After collecting your baggage, please phone 07721 644925.

The rental agent will ask for your name, confirm the terminal you have arrived at and give you instructions on where to meet the dedicated Arnold Clark shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus journey time from the terminals to the branch should take no longer than fifteen minutes.

Below you can find more information on each of the dedicated pick up points for Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5:

Terminal 2

As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit located near Nero Express and M&S Simply Food. Walk straight across car park level 1 following signs to Hilton Garden Inn.

The pick-up point is at Row G next to the entrance of the Hilton Garden Inn.

Approximately 8 minutes from the terminal to the branch.

Terminal 3

As you exit arrivals, follow signs to short stay car park 3, take the lift to level 3.

The pick-up point is on this level at the mini cab/private hire pick-up area.

Approximately 8 minutes from the terminal to the branch.

Terminal 4

As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit doors next to Travelex Currency Exchange, walk across into the short stay car park on level 1 and follow signs to mini cab/private hire pick-up area.

Approximately 11 minutes from the terminal to the branch.

Terminal 5

As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit doors next to Caffé Nero, then use the lifts to arrive at the short stay car park level 2.

The pick-up point is directly opposite the lifts at Row S.

Approximately 12 minutes from the terminal to the branch.

Departures – Dropping off a vehicle

All vehicles must be returned to the Heathrow Airport rental branch at 79 New Road, Harlington UB3 5BQ. After your vehicle has been checked in, you will be transferred to the departure terminal of your choice via the shuttle bus.

Please allow at least 20-30 minutes for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Under no circumstances should any vehicle be left in any of the car parks at Heathrow Airport. This will incur a £200 fine.

UK Drivers

UK drivers should bring their valid driving licence (original copies only) and one proof of address. Acceptable documents include utility bills and bank or credit card statements issued within the last three months.

All UK drivers should also bring their access code from the DVLA, which you can acquire from the DVLA’s online Share Driving Licence system.

UK Customers with an original paper licence will also need to bring photographic ID, as well as one proof of address and their DVLA access code.

Northern Ireland licence holders will not be able to generate a DVLA code and must produce both the paper and card parts of their driving licence upon collection.

EU Residents in the UK

EU licence holders who are residents in the UK must bring with them a domestic licence, passport or ID card and proof of UK address. This can be two bills or one bill and another form of photographic identification, preferably a passport. Utility bills and bank or credit card statements that have been issued in the last three months will also be accepted.

EU and International Drivers

EU licence holders not residing in the UK must bring a domestic driving licence and either a passport or ID card.

Drivers from outside the EU must possess a valid domestic driving licence with an English translation. If the English translation is not available, an international driving permit is required in addition to a domestic driving licence.

A passport must also accompany a domestic driving licence.
